Reflecta ("we") is in early access. This page describes how we aim to handle information for people who join the waitlist or try the product. It is not legal advice; we will publish a fuller policy before public launch.

What we collect

• Waitlist: name, email, where you are in your therapy journey, and any optional note you choose to send.
• Product (when live): voice audio or transcripts needed to run check-ins and generate summaries, account details you provide, and technical logs needed to operate the service securely.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to contact you about early access. For the product, we use data to run check-ins, improve reliability and safety, and — only when you explicitly choose — prepare a brief for a clinician. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. Retention periods will be defined as the product matures; you may request deletion of waitlist data by emailing irfan@getreflecta.com.
